Only a few days are left for the OneLife European Event in Paris, one of the most important moments before the end of the year. But the event that marked the beginning of the final stretch of the year has undoubtedly been that of Bogotá on November 3 and 4.
In Bogotá, a corporate convention was held that sought to gather leadership from all over Latin America to strengthen their energy, to provide them with more tools, stringer vision and, above all, to take away any glimmer of fear towards the future, towards change and towards themselves.
Fear has been the protagonist in this convention. And not because we are full of fear, but because we have identified it as one of the main enemies of our growth. And fear, in many cases, is nothing more than a dramatic, exaggerated and catastrophic mask for a phenomenon much more common and that is harder to define: misinformation. That is why, one of the most common forms of fear is uncertainty: the fear of not knowing what may happen. The fear of the future. The fear of the lack of control over our destiny.
Thus, one of the most intense, educational and absolutely empowering trainings that has been experienced in recent months is this one presented by Jose Gordo. The purpose was to identify our fears, understand if they respond to some form of misinformation and how we can get that information so as to gain control over that fear. By gaining information, we turn it into a tool that allows us to have decision-making power, the freedom to act, the ability to fulfil our plans. In short, we become people with more power.
While more people are prepared to lead their teams towards a 2019 free of restrictions caused by fear, a 2019 in which we expect some of the most anticipated goals for the network, the movement No Work No Money continues to gain supporters.
No Work No Money is more than a way of working and more than a way to train for a future according to your own criteria. It is a movement that already reaches a world level, a philosophy of life that pushes people not to give up their dreams. No Work No Money is pure energy, adrenaline triggered by the noblest stimulus of our human lives: to prove what we are capable of when something really matters to us. And if what really matters to you is to build a future full of wealth, whether in the most literal and financial sense or in the broadest sense of the word (personal, sentimental, spiritual… happiness in all its possible areas), then No Work No Money is the movement that will help you achieve it.
No Work No Money also had a special impact in Bogotá. The mentality of the No Work No Money movement invaded the event revitalizing purposes and goals. And, surely, it is now an essential part of the routine of many Latin-American leaders who are transforming lives.
